Mica Privacy Policy

Overview

Mica is a personal AI assistant used by its owner. This policy explains how Mica handles Google account data when the owner chooses to connect a Google account.

Google account data

Mica may access the following Google account data only after the owner gives explicit OAuth consent:

• Gmail data
• Google Calendar data
• Google Tasks data
• Read-only Google Drive data
• Google Sheets data

How data is used

Google account data is used only to provide the assistant’s requested functionality, such as helping the owner find information, review relevant items, or act on requests the owner makes through Mica.

Mica does not sell Google account data and does not use it for advertising.

Your choices

Connecting a Google account is optional and requires explicit OAuth consent. The owner can revoke Mica’s OAuth access at any time in Google Account settings.
